CAR PARKING AND ARRIVAL
Private off road parking in tarmac farm yard assess available all round car, assistance with luggage if required. Unloading of car at garden gate allowed.
Block paving from yard to main door, which is all lit by darkness censor lighting, path 1 metre wide, widening onto patio outside main door.

MAIN ENTRANCE
Two curved steps 15 cm high then 8 cms high threshwood into conservatory, then 10cm high step into hall, no hand rails provided, all doors standard width, door mat in conservatory.
Small reception desk in dining room positioned just inside the door to left with tariff available in brochure.

PUBLIC AREAS
Carpets throughout the house, conservatory has anti-slip tiles.
Stairs to all bedrooms with hand rail on right hand side, no ground floor bedrooms. Variable lights in all public areas - lamps and centre lights, depending on guests needs. Night lights on landing.

BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS
No bedrooms suitable for wheelchairs.
Both rooms en-suite.
Family room level off landing but 24 cms step down into bathroom, shower provided over bath no hand rail.
Double room 14 cms step down into room then level into bathroom, 16 cms step up into shower with hand rail for assistance.
Soft chairs in all rooms, TV's with teletext and remote control, cordless kettles provided for safety.
Beds have access from both sides.
Lighting in bedrooms centre light and bed side lamps, lighting on bathrooms enclosed ceiling lights and shaving lights above wash basin.

BREAKFAST ROOM
Two solid wood tables with sturdy chairs.
Breakfast menus provided in bedrooms for collection the night before . Freshly made breakfasts served at a time convenient to you. Special dietary requirements available on request.
Table service as standard, self service for cereals yogurts, fruits etc.
